Please note.
* From January 5 to March 30, and from October 27 to December 22 Change over days are Friday or Monday and short breaks from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday may be taken at 60% of the weekly rate.
* From March 31 to October 27, reservations run from Saturday to Saturday. However, short breaks are usually available at a discount to the weekly rate.
* We no longer offer telephone land lines but do provide wireless broadband internet access. Mobile phones work well.
* We accept reservations by telephone, fax or e-mail.
* Final accounts are payable by cash or cheque.

* The main house is priced per weekend, Friday to Monday. Except over Christmas and New Year. Longer lets are available by negotiation.
* A 50% deposit is required for the main house on booking. This is fully refundable if cancelled 90days prior to the holiday. Otherwise non refundable.

Notes
1. Cottages are available from 3pm and we should be grateful if you could arrive between 3pm and 5pm. Cottages must be vacated by 10am at the end of your stay.
2. Bath, hand and tea towels and linen for beds and cots are provided. Cots, high chairs and safety gates are available without charge.
3. VAT is included at 17.5%. Any change in rate would be reflected in the cost of holidays affected by the change.
4. Each cottage is individually metered for electricity and gas. A reading is taken at the beginning and end of your stay and supplies are charged accordingly.
5. Each cottage is cared for meticulously and it should be left clean and immaculate on departure. If, however, you wish us to arrange final cleaning on your behalf, we offer a 'Housekeeping Service'. The charge per week, or part week, is £15 for up to two occupants and an additional £5 for each additional adult or child. Daily cleaning is available on request at a separate charge.
6. The accommodation in each cottage is only for the persons whose names appear on the booking form.
7. If you wish to bring a pet, please discuss this with us before booking.
8. The owners can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for loss of, or damage to, vehicles or effects brought on to the property by visitors.
9. All reservations will be acknowledged in writing.
10. We strongly advise all our guests to take out cancellation insurance.
11. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per cottage per week or part week is payable by cheque to confirm the booking.
